This process is done after the online application submission. Applications are validated according to the application target group (TG1, TG2, TG3) status:

I. TG1: each home university validate their outgoing scholar applications (students and staff) according to the following criterias:

· Proof of registration at home university

· Applicant eligibility for scholarship

II.   TG2 and TG3: Applications are validated by the project co-coordinator.

If the applicant satisfies both conditions above, he or she will be marked eligible by the home institution, otherwise he/she is not eligible for the scholarship, in this the application will be disregarded by the project coordinator.
