This stage is done by the host university. Each host university should perform an academic assessment for all incoming eligible applicant based on the following grading scheme which was approved the project:

1. Academic excellence (grades)

2. Language requirements

3. Quality of application(supporting documents) / motivation

4. Priority fields

After completion of the academic assessment, each host university should rank each applicant based on the above grading scheme and submit the results to the project coordinator.
