The project coordinator sends the list of selected candidates to each
host university accordingly for final approval. After the final approval for
the selected candidates is completed by all host universities, a nomination
letter will be sent by the project coordinator to all selected candidates informing
them that they were awarded the
scholarship. In addition, the nomination letter will contain general guidelines
and information of the mobility awarded and the candidate rights and
obligations, as well as confirmation for accepting or rejecting the
scholarship. Simultaneously, rejected applicants and applicants placed in the
reserved list will receive an official letter via email sent by the project
coordinator informing them of their application status.
Rejected
applicants will be given the opportunity to appeal against the decision within
a specidied time set by the project coordinator. Applicants in the reserved
list might be later re-selected if selected candidate decided not to accept the
nomination.
